I have personally enjoyed always working with you and visiting with you and talking about your life and now the kids you have brought into this world. They are so lucky to have you as the best mom ever!!! It is always a real treat to talk with you. I do feel like you are family and I love that we have such a great relationship over the years.... and i do mean years!!! I'm so thankful that you trust us and our office to take care of you and your familes needs. That means the world to us. Nothing can be more important than making sure you and your family are cared for and safe. "First of all, this person Moe Metwalli, is not an insured of mine and I cannot see his policies as they were written by himself online and are to be issued in another agents office NOT mine. Since he wrote his insurance online, we cannot see his policies until they are issued. These are being issued in another agents office. It IS very interesting to note that this person has 12 out of 13 bad 1 - star reviews against multiple others. So you can't take him seriously as this appears to be a pattern with him. I did attempt to assist him and found out through the other agents office that his policies will issue sometime between 7/4-7/9. I advised Moe of the same and he indicated that he would file a better business bureau complaint against State Farm in that State Farm did not correctly issues his policies or issue them quickly. He filed this complaint also with State Farm DAC and Google. Fortunately these are NOT in my office nor am I handling this individual. Since i am not his agent, i cannot see his policies with State Farm. He has a complaint which is fine, but he has no reason to file a complaint against me (Dan Rodriguez) as he got my cell phone number off Google. I advised Moe Metwalli that he is being so difficult and that I’m not even his agent that he should discuss this with Rigo’s office and or stay with his current carrier. I do not need a person like this insured in my office nor will I let him be assigned to my office. My office does not need a problematic individual such as him especially where he has a boyfriend from Mexico who does not have a US driver’s license and is a driving exposure in his household. Additionally Moe wants to file a driver’s exclusion form for his boyfriend which is another concern because his boyfriend is a driving exposure in the household with a foreign driver's license. Please ignore this public review. Also please click on the review and report it as harassment so that Google will remove. This individual is difficult and problematic. Dan. "
